They say 'a bad's day's fishing is better than a good day's work' and that was certainly the case on Sunday when I fished Chew Reservoir with my girlfriend's dad, Tim. We didn't catch any pike, (or anything else for that matter!), but I did catch this magnificent rainbow. Just too bad my lens wasn't wide enough to get the whole thing in!! I must save up for a D70 like my dad's!!
A nicely balanced image, Jon, with the little white boat in just the right spot to offset the rainbow! Good job you took your camera as well as your rod ~ it's like I always say, when I go out with my camera I catch every time!! ;-) Well done son, Dad
