Very pretty, Jon. Thank you for your comment on my Moon picture and your observation of the frame. I am so new to this, I certainly do like to hear what others think. I took the Moon shots because I can. I am trying to learn how to take 'earthly' shots. Lovely ones like this flower don't seem to want to come into my camera.

Thank you, Jim and Rodrigo, for your kind comments. Alas, we got a -6 C frost here Saturday night and that pretty much ended it all. My garden went from still hanging in there to dead in one cold snap, as it were. :-[ Ah well... can Christmas be far behind?

Quick! Pluck it before it dies!!!! It may not ever show up in my work, but I am a sucker for red/green color combinations. Saturation level dang near perfect... at least on my Illinois farm boy screen. Good work from up north!!!
