"Einstein was correct and so were you, Ade. You created a beautiful versiuon of how space can be curved, probably symbolizing also ther curving of time. Thank you for your generous comment on my "Raglady". Regards, Rafi

Aye,
Definitely meet up soon, before it's dark at 4PM every night at least - unless you fancy some night shots
I was going to mail you just now, but my web site host seems to have vanished! no more www.mcfade.com!!! better be back tomorrow or else!
I'm free most nights, beer on thursday though (old Peculiar available if you come), so unless I'm away I can usually be places at the drop of a hat so it's probably easier if you pick a date. I'm in Barcelona from the 25th sept fo a week though. ##cartwheels across room##
I'll have to use ade_mcfade@yahoo.com for now.
Best get to bed - been sat here since 7PM with photoshop burning holes in my retina!
Cheers
Ade

Just thinking - do you know my friend Dr. Rafi Springman at all? He's a prolific street photographer and posts quite a lot on here.
I was actually trying to get somewhere near his style of reflective shots when I was taking these. He's got the knack of seeing things I'd normally miss - so I had to really look out for things in mirrors and on roofs... all over.
Hope he likes it :-)

Cheers Steve - praise indeed! And if you get to Whitelocks I'll gladly get you a pint or 2 of the dark nectar. It's only 100 yards from this photo actually.
I took my kit to work today (to show off my new rucksack - Tamrack explorer 4, small but perfectly formed) and decided to miss ruch hour by taking photos.
You get some really funny looks with a 300mm lens and anti flare thingy(what they called, like funnels) when you're wandering round the headrow. The light was really bright but low so there was loads of good opportunitites... a kid in a sweet shop etc.
So good that I forgot to put a canal photo up tonight!
here's another one - Phantom Zone - cause it reminds me of Emperoro Zod in Superman 2, that wierd prison thing they escape from.... hmm

Wow Ade, this is just fantastic !! I thought it was another superb upload from Clifton Jones !! The distorted reflections are just incredible, composition is brilliant and the colours are great. I will let you buy me a pint of "Old peculiar" for this one ;-)
Best wishes, Steve
