Wow, I took a photo of a spider just like yours only yesterday but your image is much clearer. My spider was yellow though and I wasn't sure what kind it was, so I researched it and it turned out to be a "banana spider" or "garden spider".... did you do any color corrections to your image because it look identical to mine, right down to the unusual "step ladder" type of web. A bit out of focus but otherwise nice shot! Be careful not to get to close to it, it is poisonous.
