Jennifer, the only reason she isn't holding flowers is I DIDN'T THINK OF IT!! LOL! If I could think of a way to pull that off . . . thanks for the great comment!

such a cutie..! pretty wide eyes and great focus.. :) there's a little overexposed part over its nose.. I always face this problem with my cats cuz I focus on a darker part of their face, so the white gets overexposed.. try selecting only the over exposed part by the Magic Wand tool in photoshop.. then darken it just a little.. :) let's keep this tip as our "little secret"...! ;-P

Thanks for your comments and sugggestions Linn. I actually have a cropped version of this I will probably be posting in next couple of days. And I hadn't thought about cloning out the crusties in eyes, I guess it didn't bother me. I thank you for taking time to comment!

Hi, great shot - sharp, caught the curiosity in her eyes - great composition.
Personally, I would have cropped off the top, and brought the edge to just above the little hair about her left eye (right eye on the screen). It will bring her expression more to the foreground. And I would have cloned out the bit of crusties in her eyes :-)

Hi Ernie! Thanks for your comment. I hated that I didn't get her ears, but it was a grab shot, you know how kittens are! I was just pleased to get such a tight shot of her and have it come out so clear! I did not crop this, this is how it was shot! Thanks again for taking time to comment!

Ordinarily, I would not like a cat photo where the ears are cropped off. However in this case, because of the wonderful low perspective, it works. It really looks like the curious kitty is looking down underneath something to see you.
Nicely done.
