Hello Anne! Thank you for the comments on this and the door picture. Sorry I took a whole month to get back to UF. The stitching was a fun first time experience. I could maybe make it work better given more time to play. You were very observant to question the stone on the door picture. They are manmade materials and the sky is totally fake coloring because it was a gray day. It is some sort of control or mechanical building for a grotto which is beneath it. It's located in a cemetery near my office. I have much more to say when I can get the time concerning your portfolio. You have some really beautiful shots there. Regards, George
George, I like the broad view you've achieved with the stitching, particularly the way the trees become taller across the picture and then end. There is so much to see in this image! The rows of onions in the field on the left draw you to the line of trees, which draw you to the other side of the image. The many shades of green throughout keep it interesting for me. It's too bad the stitching is so obvious due to the differences in the sky colors. I'm impressed with this overall, though, especially since I wouldn't even know how to begin to stitch a picture together. My hat is off to you!
