Hello Chris,
Good choice to place the yellow centre of the tulip out of the centre of the picture! It adds a lot to a good composition. Great colours, I like it a lot! Keep on playing around (I saw your daisies too..) ....it is really exciting, don't you think?? Greetings,

You are so right, it IS the comments that are important! You're also right that it's silly that we actually care about stupid points! ;-) It's just that once they are there, I think they should work properly! If I give a 7 I hate to see that person's rating fall down. I will appear as a liar who says one thing and give low rating points. For me that feels very uncomfortable, because I'm not a liar. And if I find something bad in a photo I will tell it in words and not pretend I like something and then secretely rate it low.
Anyway, Chris... this is so truly beautiful! Telepathy rating 7! ;-))

This image JUMPS right off the screen. Love the composition and AWESOME COLORS, great clarity. On the thumbnail I thought it was a hugh spider!
