I realise its one single shot.
What I meant was that you can see two seperate images in the one image.
Normally that can be distracting, but it works in this case.

Excellent night shot Ahmed! Have you ever though to reframe the orange Area and remove the left side street noise. I believe that will add much to your picture. However, I will still give it the Big 7 my friend. Cheers.

This is very beautiful. I like how the left side is full of movement and the right side is just calm. I also like the warm color to it. Greatly composed.

On cropping bird photos: Well, you just have to follow the rule of thirds :) Its not hard :)
