Brad, have you reposted this one? I seem to remember commenting on it before but that could just my old friend Alzheimer talking. Anyway, it's a beautiful portrait. This is definitely a "What on earth does Daddy think he's doing?" photo. I get a lot of those looks. Lovely little girl! The B&W tones are great, too. As always.

Thanks for visiting my series of three portraits. The "red cast" on Nao Chan II is probably sunburn--I did say we called this the Pocahontas shot, didn't I! We spent most of our time on the beach, it was cloudy, and the breeze kept us cool so we didn't notice we were getting burnt. I did correct the fading using PaintShop Pro. And I applied colour correction to Nao Chan III. Maybe not enough? Really appreciate the comments. "Nao Chan" was taken on the way, before sunburn.

Really, really nice b&w photograph! Made me remember when I was a child and Mt. Saint Helens erupted in the US--we had jars and jars full of ashes! :) Great tones and lighting! Precious! Charisse
