Both of the former commentors mention a leaning horizon. But drwaw a line, is near to perfectly straight.
Remarks on compository details are justified indeed. The belltower should have been more to the left, e.g. But then again: the picture was taken as a quick snapshot in torrential rain and gathering gale force wind. Most people had fled at the time. I think I saw virtually nothing and just pressed the shutter...

I am divided between the fascinating atmosphere and some imperfections: bell-tower too close to the lamp, horizon leaning, raindrops on the lens? Still globally positive.

I really like this image, although I would have like to have seen it cropped closer to the front lamppost (from the bottom). The horizon is not straight either. Apart from those things, it is a really special image. Good work.
