About	The top of the subjects head is cut off on purpose to accentuate the eyes. Is this too distracting for the viewer? Should I put the top back on? Also, any overall comments would be appreciated.

I don't think that the missing top of the head is important here. In fact a protrait to me is done with the eyes. And the eyes here are beautiful. I like the "catch lights" in the bottom of the eyes rather than the normal 10 or 2 position. The lighting is soft and does give a dramatic quality. I wonder what this little fellow is thinking about. Nice.
