I was experimenting with some tile shots. Most of the tile I had around me wasn't very reflective, but at the moment I didn't notice too much. After shooting from different angles, I saw this darker band going around, so I took a shot from there, and saw that it was reflective. This was the first and best shot I took. I thought it was very interesting how there is near perfect semitry in the picture. I might have been able to get it a little closer, but didn't take the time. The lines in the reflection and the other lines nearly perfectly match and create countles amount of squares. I really like the look of the photo.
I would have enhanced the contrast, and yes, it does look pretty good in B&W. But I have a series of photos that I've descided I will not edit at all (six in all right now 10/29/03). This was one of them.
