Excellent macro and super white balance!A kind of buttercup,I think,and the stalk is long about one meter,so it's very difficult to capture in macro(cannot take in a windy day).

Very nice floral image Bob! Very good exposure to capture the details in the white petals..I like that the background is blurred out, good control of DOF.
Any reason you not posting the image info...shutter/aperture? I like seeing them.
Picked up my 2nd lens for my 10D...28-85 3.5/4.5 Have a good set up between that and the 70-200 2.8, just need to find time for taking photos! Going to try to catch up on viewing you portfoilo tonight,,

Robert, I see your at florals again. I just can't do it! Always some thing screwy. This is good though. Great sharpness and detail in the center. Great depth, I like the shadow. Great image!
