Taken in at the highest point in Corfu-Greece. It was very dark inside but beautifully painted. A long exposure with the camera resting on a handrail was required. The place looks enourmous because of the fisheye lense but was infact very small. I like he starry lights from the small aperture as well.
full frame fisheyes rulezzz! this is a picture I like very much - I always experiment with my fisheye-indoors and outdoors,and your image is a fine example of the special and beautiful effect this type of lens can produce if used well. Don't be lazy and always take your tripod with you because not all churches provide handrails in the appropriate places. I'll add it to my favorites ;-) best regards, Kostas

I really like the choice to go with a fisheye lens here - it's almost like you're inside an elaborately decorated barrel. It's a very nice effect. Your exposure looks like it's right on the money - though I wonder what this photo would look like taken after dark. Would the absense of natural sunlight make the tones even warmer? (Not that they're not great now - just me thinking out loud. Typing out loud. You know . . .)
It's too bad there wasn't a railing in the middle of the stairs, so you could get more of a symmetrical shot. Still, it's an intriguing photo. Nicely captured detail on the walls!
