Chris-- It's Lantana. In some areas of the country, it's still considered a weed. It usually has tiny yellow/white/orange blossoms. Here and elsewhere, it's raised and sold in a variety of colors including this multi-colored variety.
--And that is almost my entire knowledge of things horticultural!

Superb shot! - Do you know what the plant is?, its a riot of colour and this really works well with the "dull" colours of the beast!
