About We got very lucky and had this whole waterfall to ourselves during a daytrip into Idaho. I set up my tripod and tried some slow exposure shots to soften the water. Actually, I could have sat here all day... I find waterfalls to be very mesmorizing -- especially if you can get up close and intimate with them.

Love those falls, the shutter pseed you chose here was perfect. I also like the mist we can see. Perfect overcast(?) day for nice even lighting and no hotspots

Michael, you beat me to it... I had a b/w version I was going to post too. :-) Perhaps great minds think alike? Instead I'll post a different b/w version from a different angle, just to mix things up.

Nice scene! It seems a bit saturated and gloomy on my monitor (maybe it's just my monitor), so I played around with it a bit in Photoshop and came up with a sepia version I liked (see attached). Please feel free to ignore my fiddling around. I too am attracted to these waterfall scenes..and to the DSC-F717, which I use too..:)
