Yes I too think that the cars spoil the idea. The colours and the blur of the people worked out well. Maybe you could have gotten just a bit more foreground and just a bit less sky above the tower.

Interesting idea, but I think it would have been stronger if you could have gotten a bit closer to remove some of the vehicle parked outside. They don't seem to fit with the flow of the image... although they seem to be everywhere, so maybe that would have been to hard.
I like the motion blur on the people as well as the light on the buildings.
