Much better than the colour version IMO. The B&W enhances the atmosphere of age and abandonment, suggested by the broken windows. You could try this from a slightly different angle, so that the lamppost (if I'm seeing correctly) doesn't coincide with the window on the right. I've noticed you've got another shot of this mill - I think it would be worth expanding this into a bigger series.
