About	I believe this is a weevil. Anyway, they are very common here and infest the Mango trees. They come in various colors (green,gold, sometimes mixed) which are produced by irridescent scales. As they grow older, the scales are rubbed off and they end up a dull brown. Natural light.

well.. there you are again.. lovely shot. i got a very close up of a wasp in my living room walking over the window mesh.. literally at point blank range..unfortunately the damn camera focused on its body and not the head.. it was lifting it's head and looking at the lens curiously.. if you send me your e-mail i shall send it to you for your comments and thoughts.. subha_music@hotmail.com
