Liz; my vote goes for the color version 1st because the warmth of the color tones enhances the "moment"-- next the sepia, and finally the B&W is good too but lacks the warmth, IMO. This is a really nice comparison series. Thanks for sharing. Cheers. Craig

I like this set of portraits Elizabeth, I prefer this one out of the three because to me it sets the mood better, he is contemplating something and I feel sepia conveys that, they are all good, very well done - Richard.

Yes!
I think it would have been better if it were Lauren's hand?
This is a real memoir, best I've seen.

Hi Elizabeth,
This shot really captures the mood. Great composition and lighting! The only thing slightly distracting was the hand, at first I thought it was hers!

Very nice lighting. His hand needs to be associated with him somehow, otherwise....beautiful.

It is a beautiful man and woman. sepia tones are good. Is it a daughter? or It is a granddaughter?

I like the mood and feel of these pictures. The girl's expression is well captured for the title. Good show!

Now that I look at it more,,,,it looks like her hand is on his chin. . Like she's trying to cover his mouth. It's his hand. I think I should have had her put her hand on his shoulder. Yes?
