Lovely detailed macro Elizabeth. I think I agree with Craig on the water droplets. At this size it is hard to tell that is what they are.

Liz; I love your leaf. The detail of the veins in the leaf is great-- very very nice photo. The slight side lighting is important in showing the vein detail and is very well done. The composition is excellent, and the BG good too. A minor nit-pick-- I might be tempted to clone out the highlights in the water droplets-- a minor distraction. Gonna' add this to my favorites. It does indeed resemble a map, but it is more than that, the detail, texture and colours of the leaf are wonderful, it is a minimalist dream, well done - Richard.
