she could be high yes...or she could just be mentally ill and medicated...which often times i have found to be true..
lots of homeless schitzo medicated people in my neighborhood...you surely have caught her...and she is not sleeping in a box..she is living.

Oh dear... She looks so rough and exhausted, and seems to be ill I think. My first thought was that she is pregnant and drunk (or drugged or something), but would she be interested in the news paper then? Very strong shot... gives a lot of feelings!
