Great, very strong at emotional appeal photo. If the clarity was little bit better... this is my taste... the blear also can be interesting like an effect because it gives more artistic look at a photo... so the work artistically is great and diserve a hight rating.

Your usual great eye, Look. The only little flaw I see here is the shadow falling across the man's eye, but what are you going to do? You gotta get the shot before the girls move on, and I'm glad you did.
Love the contrast and the motion blur. Have you thought of adding a touch of digital grain? Might work (might be a failure, too )
Anyway, good solid seeing, and a very nice capture.
