About Found this Dead fly in my family room as i was leaving to my backyard to take some macro shots. What a luck !! I placed this dead fella on my ironing table facing the bright window, and took this image. The background is the glass window, and the fabric is the ironing table cloth..

Very good Subha, The macro is certainly enough to verify that this critter passed some time ago. That is proof in itself. I also like the presentation and title for your composition. Would like to see more from you..Good work! (By the way, make sure you remove him from the ironing board!)

Subha, actually I like this picture. The isolation of the subject and the background is excellent. I probably would not have seen the image whithin an image that you have captured. Nice job.

I like it, But a pose from the front would be better.

Background and fabric has been blown out. Possibly think about using a reflector to bounce the available light more on to the front of the fly and reduce your exposure by about 1 stop.

Nice and sharp fly though. Keep trying
