Roberto...to answer your question it is a process I developed myself....it involves using a multi layered texture in PSD format and working with those layers all at the same time... hope that helps :)

Hi Nick,
I like your idea of the overlying texture. It gives a special atmosphere as it is painter“s work. It would maybe a challenge but I would suggest that only the dark spot at the right should be reduced a bit such that it does not overlay and connect sky, sea and beach with its own pattern. It would be nicest to keep the separation of the 3 basic components in some way with e.g. 3 independent overlays.
