About This little spider was on an Iris, right after a rain storm moved through and it was too dark to be able to use a small appature for better DOF.

Excellent detail, Jim - makes me jealous - Couldn't get out today because of the weather and most of our creepy crawlers are hibernating! Anyways, I suppose that's a good thing as they are mostly poisonous!

Uhh... it's very... hm... elegant... ehh... no... very disgusting! ;-) Spiders are very fascinating I think, but scary! A very good and interesting shot!

Hi, Jim! Another "little guy" portrait! Excellent! Never saw such wonderful spider photos! How do you force/make them to pose for you! :-) Perfect shot! An excellent decoration! Regards, ALexey.
P.S. Thank you for your comments! I'll try to make something better!!!

Hi Jim...I think the one thing i would suggest is to try and give more contrast between the spider and the flower...the tones are too close and...perhaps a levels or curves adjustment to bring some deliniation to the two...a good composition just a bit of sharpening might help
