Nice setup with a lovely model but there are a couple of problems, if you will allow me to offer my humble opinion: (1) the burning light on her hair under the hand is distracting; (2) there is what looks like a black mark in an arrow shape under the right eye; (3) the items on her right wrist could be eliminated- the eye is drawn to the watch rather than her face.
I try this setup again and look for the source of the problems. Eliminate those and you will have a very nice portrait.
