About	Joey, whose arrival in 2002 led me to a serious interest in photography and ultimately to Usefilm. Usn't he beautiful? Sniff... :-] Originally shot in colour, converted to b&w and some other post-processing to remove the evidence of toast-and-jam for breakfast. Lit by one of those "Daylight" lamps often used by people in dark northern climes to combat the effects of the wintertime blues. It also makes for a dandy diffuse light source for portraits.

Thanks, Andre. That seems to be happening already... :-[ ... but he gets more interesting all the time, so I guess I'll just enjoy it as it comes.

He was sitting at the computer desk looking up at me. Unfortunately, there's a piece of paper down there that detracts from the image, I think. I burned it in (see attached).
