As nearly all my friends prefer the moody dark photos at UF,and especially Aziz, who say it frankly that he prefer a dark version of this shot, this is an other view of the famous Snake pillar. One of the oldest remainings in Istanbul, The Snake Pillar was made by Ancient Greeks, who defeated the Persian in the fifth century B.C. The Snake Pillar, which was brought to Istanbul from Delphi by Constantine the Great, is one of the oldest monuments from the Hellenistic period. The pillar is made from twenty-nine coils, and has three snakes grasping one another on its top. According to a superstition, the pillar acts to keep animals such as scorpions, centipedes and snakes away from the city.
nothing could prevent the attack of Eve, this what I meant from the start, cause it attacks in a non attacks forms, you are the expert, my regards, Saad.
Good detail and color Saad. The fact you were not attacked or bitten may indicate the superstion is true. Now if you had been attacked, God forbid, we could conclude it IS superstition. So we dont know ... ;-)
