Yes, it does sound like hot and difficult work. The weight loss would be a bonus, though.;)

Hi Shirley,

Scary indeed, though it was not much fun. As we were all made up like this, and had to where clothing a cross between a Cossack and a dark-haired Yeti. Filming us fighting hand to hand or with swords and clubs, dashing about aa huge film set, in the middle of a very hot summer. Certainly lost alot of weight. ;-)
