Saby, Nice to see you uploading pics after such a long time! After a glance at your image, I thought the snow covered BG is highly overexposed. Then i looked at it a few more seconds and realized it actually went in favor of your composition, and that made me think that you probably did it on purpose. The almost uninteresting and over BG helps your deer to come out of the frame with a great 3d effect, and this is the charm of this composition. It has a special 3d feel in it, and makes it livelier. And that extra bit of bushes in the BG is very important coz it still gives you the perspective (i.e. it is snow covered habitat) and saves this image a great deal from having an artificial all white BG. Not sure if I conveyed it right, but just so you know you have a very very successful wildlife photo in the wilderness. bhabesh
