About This photo from last summer is my first attempt at photographing fireworks. The funny part is that I spent about 15 years shooting professional fireworks shows but never thought to photograph them. When you're shooting a show, you seldom ever get to actually see any of the bombs exploding. It was strange to be merely a spectator with a camera. Probably a lot safer, though...
Camera was on tripod, at f/8 exposed for 4 seconds during grand finale.
I put this in the "At Work" category because, trust me, firing a display is a LOT of work!
