Thanks Todd. I feel with the extra reach with the new equipment, I'm getting some shots that would not have been worth while before but I am not getting the definition and detail that I see in the feathers on your shots. Not sure how much of that is your lens likely a fair bit. Some of it has to be technique and conditions. I am going to try some shots without the TC to compare.
