About	Close-up of one of these new fangled energy-saver bulbs. In trying to "go green" I have started to use varying shapes of these bulbs throughout the house. Looks like a custard treat that I used to get as a kid. Minor Gamma and curve adjustments. Background dropped out and replaced via select.

Paul - I went nuts over those swirly frozen custard things many years ago. Now I can't get the stuff out of my mind! I may wind up taking a flight back to the Midwest just to get one.

Thanks so much, AJ. Lamps like this are not rated as daylight but have more of an incandescent color. I made a slight gamma adjustment but this is very close to the real color (but not quite).

I find that in reality these bulbs tend to give a very cold light. But you've caught some marvellously rich colours here (although I understand the blue is PS?), as well as some intriguing shapes.
