Hi Pete, Hot spotting is blowing out the detail in the white of the fur. Its a very small observation, the lighting is a bit harsh/bright in the white on the cats left side and face, a filter for shooting in bright sun on the camera or a hood over your camera lens may help. lovely kitty, would like to reach out an pat her, best regards, sandra

Hello Sandra, Thanks for your great comment and the remark about the hotspots. My problem is: i have no idea what hotspots are :P Can you please sugest any websites or books that teach me what they are and how i can fix them?

Greeting Pete, Mimi is a very pretty cat, nice and colorfull. Kitty has a good pose and a quizzative expression. you certianly her attention. my only suggestion / observation is a bit of hotspotting in the lighting. Best regards, Sandra
