This is very, very good. The background is perfect in subtly and softly drawing the eye towards her face. The exposure is spot-on in my opinion! Congrats!
Very sharp - could have been taken with the pro Nikkor 28-70 f/2.8D!!

PS. I've just noticed you CC'd this. Technically, it looks pretty good to me. The only thing that struck me was the slightly unnatural glow around the shoulders. But maybe this was intentional.
