Hi Ray...I have been in contact with Derek...and very pleased with the outcome! It is a good day! I would like nothing more than to let all know her surgeon is pleased with the results however...I asked Mary if she would like me to update the friends here, but she declined...I'm not exactly sure why...but I have to respect her wishes! For now, anyone who stops by here will see our exchange and know how she is!

I will come back to comment on this pic Robin on Thursday but wondered if you knew that Mary's surgeon is pleased with her operation and that they have achieved everything they had hoped for. Derek stayed with her overnight in hospital and has e-mailed to say that she will be monitored for some time. Nine hours of surgery on our lovely friend but with a great result. Forgive me if you already know but I'm just so happy for her and Derek........'See' you again on Thursday sweetie....Very best wishes and a big hug......Ray;) :) ;) :)

Thanks for the comment Bek...until you pointed it out, I didn't even notice the blueish spot...guess I wasn't paying attention to the whole. Oh well, it is what it is!

Ours are sprouting, yours are falling off! Great detail and colour Robin, this looks like the top of a freshly baked cake!!! My eye keeps coming to the small blueish dot downon the left edge of the frame, a mould spot on the leaf?? I do love the little fine hairs picked up by the light, great macro detail. A lovely 'rusty' leaf.
