Theres 2 stories here. The figure and the hurrican damage - maybe they're interlinked?
Actually quite a disturbing picture because the eye has difficulty focussing on the figure (due to all the blueness) - the blueness also creates a surreal feeling of melancholy - quite a moody picture and I love the striking blue 7+

This picture is really not all that blurred as it appears here ...! Yikes is it blurred from your end like it appears here ? it is one year old but never had this happen before...(?) might have to remove it ...looks bad, just wanted to show the damage...
