I think I understand when you say magic eye; it is an image of an eye within the rust.
I too have seen many good rust images here on usefilm. I have taken many but have thus far only posted one. Here it is:

It's one more of my favorite categories: Macro pictures.
I have inspirate this shot in one that I see around here in Usefilm. The person capture an old door with a "magic eye" (I don't know how could I say this in english... sorry), both very olders...

This shot is a detail of a street trash here in my University in Brazil. The metalic thing is a oxidated nail. I appreciate the colors and the corrosion of the nail.
