Karen, this again is beautiful. The composition is unreal and the lighting is even and attractive. Were you near a window, because it still looks quite bright and nice, or is it simply exposed perfectly? How do you meter for such occassions with the back BG? You have obviously perfected this technique.Good stuff!

Hi Karen, this would have to be my favourite of your floral shots so far. The lighting is perfect with excellent DOF. The green & purple really work well together. This would look fantastic as a print.

Karen: This is beautifully lit and composed. I have always wanted to try the black velvet composing. These flowers are exquisite and using a full and a budmakes the balance and texture so appealing. Good Job.
