nice silhouette robin:) i like wat u did with PS alot, for me it looks like u captured the shot for the reflection of the view on a surface of water:) still duno the answer night or day;) excellent shot! i'm so happy u liked my images and thnx so much for the nice comment:)

Hey D...Thanks for the visit and the comment! I think I used a frost filter from a program other than ps but I'm not positive.
I spent two weeks in the hospital and the past week home, today was the first day I felt up to checking out uf...I've missed alot but will visit your portfolio and catch up soon! Thanks again my friend I appreciate the support!

hi gramma robin, this is a great PS job. nice surreal effect you did on the tree(?) and the colors too. did you use the wave filter? looks like you took it from the bottom of an icy lake/pond/body of water. nice job, keep it up!

Hi Bruce...Thanks for the visit and the comment, I appreciate it! If I remember correctly I used a "frost" filter in PhotoStudio 5.5, any other changes were done in ps.

Interesting effect Robin, and a nice result. I think the unusual composition with the branch effectively heading down the image into the dark gives it a bit of a gothic look and then the addition if the icy look - how did you do that by the way? - finishes it off well.

A very peasing effect Robin. The steel blue is striking and the silhouettes against it look like breaking ice. I feel like I'm under the ice looking up at the sun through the ice. Maybe "Icy Blue" could have been an alternative title. Great work.

Hi Kathy,
I was just worried about how blurry it looked at thumbnail size, I was hoping it was clearer when viewed at the larger size.
Looks like a reflection but it's not...it was taken standing under the branch, looking up towards the sky. ;)

Hi Robin,
I don't think this image is about looking sharp. It is a reflection, right? The colors are so great and the black is so stark against the blue that it makes a great image!
I sure hope that you get everything up and going soon!

Hi Kathy...At least I can see this much! I can only see certain areas and then only thumbmails...does it look sharp enough??? from the thumbnail it looks blurry! Thanks for any help and the comment!
