What a fantastic abstract of an awesome subject Robin. I think this a perfect example of how to present soft feel to an inside story of a tulip!
Well done my friend. keep up the great work! Best Regards

Thank you Sheila...this was done in camera...manual focus, 1/250, f/2.8, sunny, I can't remember the ISO but I do remember flipping between 100 and 400 (shrug). The only ps work was a slight crop and resizing, a FIRST for me! Take care...Robin

This photo is very pretty Robin. How did you blur the photo? Was it done in-camera or with PS? I really like it. I think it looks like a painting. Well done.

Hi SQuirl, Thank you for such kind words, I do appreciate it! As far as creating this shot, this is how it came out of the camera, with the exception of a bit of cropping...a first for me! Manual focus, 1/250, f/2.8, on a sunny day. Go experiment, I look forward to seeing the results! Good luck. Take care...Robin

Hi Robin,
You have some amazing shots in your portfolio! And many of them taken with the Tamron 90mm lens, too. You've really given me something to aspire to. Thanks! :)
I love this shot. The gentle colours really make it outstanding. If you have time, I'd be interested to know how you created this shot.
Take care, SQirl

the softness of the subject and the softness of the lighting blended into this wondeful abstract. It is like dreaming, seeing everything in tinge of color.. the use of white background produces an effect as if the flower is made up of air where you can see through it. wonderful abstract Gramma..
