This is a nice B/W in my opinion, I like contrasty photos, especially B/W. I'm an NYIP grad. I do color photography of lighthouses and low light stuff.

Actually, I'm not so troubled by the grainy background as I think it adds an interesting feel to the sky. I like the exposure, but I'm not sure where I come out on the contrast. I think its a bit too strong, but only just a bit. I like this a lot. Its a nice composition.

Exposure is good as is the balance. The noise is a bit distracting which I would guess was from the scan.
