Definitely hideous (not the photo -- the buildings). I like this "as is," but if it were me, I think I'd crop the top of the buildings, to emphasize the geometry and monotony.

Thanks for the comment. It is indeed ghetto. It's a building in Minneapolis, I believe it was built by the government as low-income housing. The different colors are what drew me in.
