Amazing capture Darlene. The clarity and details are wonderful. DOF is perfect and the comopsition of him turning his head so we can see his eye and that nice splash of yellow really does make him look like he's posing for you. Great title and super shot.

Darlene,
You are making me jealous.... I would love to get close enough to one of these to take a shot like this. I saw one on a fence the other day and I tried to get a little closer, but he just wouldn't go for it. They seem very shy around here. Those owls last year seemed almost tame in comparison.
