What a pretty scene, Alison - stark, yet still inviting! From the look of all the footprints, I'd say that little bench is a popular destination! Cool that you were able to retain some detail in the tree trunk!

Alison, Fantastic B&W...I Love the silhouettes and how the tracks in the snow seem to go to the same place...They Lead the eyes into the shot rather well....Brrrrrrrr is the second thought I had when I Looked at the shot...I can't imagine how cold it is there...But it makes me Glad that I am in Arizona....we have a cold spell going on here to...I think it was 75 out today...:-)
Well done my friend....Best Regards

This is so quiet and so beautiful. I didn't realize until I read it that it was black and white. I thought it was just cloudy, late-afternoon snow scene. I love this time of year and I love this picture.
