I like the framing as well as the motion you captured in the background. I think the grain gives it more of an older feel aswell. Also the model is very attractive. nice work!

the grain and the lack of contrast looks very much like an underexposed picture. I'd say look into that. I think a slightly longer exposure, not only would fix that, but also blur the people too... making it seem a bit more "hysterical". Good going though.
