Hi Ann,
the water lily was planted at my home backyard/garden. still got other type of water lily, i'll post it up next time. hopefully tomorrow.

Yes indeed it was a great idea to use an umbrella to shade teh lilly. Thanks for the idea. Now I'm going to carry an umbrella around with me as well as my tripod. This is a lovely image. I don't often see blue water lillies. The more common colours are yellow or pink. The detail in this is wonderful. Beautiful image. Cheers - Ann :)
