Dear Bruce,
If you're serious about macro s7000 is not an optimal choice either... :-( It's very hard to get a good macro with s7000. To make really good macros you need SLR...

Love those flower closeups, my Fuji S5000 cannot focus close enough unfortunately. I bought the wrong camera, I needed one with good macro capabilities. Bruce
