Hi Lori, Again, I find the quality of this shot a bit distracting, but the scene and the composition do make up for it, mainly because it keeps the information limited, yet enough to visualise the scene.
As to the composition, I like the inmaginary diagonal lines through the top of the masts in combination with the couter diagonal one can imagine through the sails. The people on the cross beam act as a perfect eyecatcher, keeping the viewers attention within the frame. That's what makes this image very strong.

I like to see sail boats in general, I think that this composition is excellent, the sails and masts a sharp and well exposed.
